Reference to the circular No. MHE/INST/7/V.I/ dated 11th January 2021 received from the Ministry for Higher Education on the above-mentioned subject, I write to inform you that His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kano State Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, OFR has approved the re-opening of all tertiary institutions in the State, with effect from Monday 18 January 2021.
Accordingly, you are required to ensure strict compliance with the COVID-19 protocols among all staff and students for safety to all, concern, please.
