RHIT receives donation to establish scholarship for Vigo County students

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – The Wabash Valley Institute receives a large donation. Now, local students will get financial aid to attend.
David Hannum and his wife Kathy recently donated $1 million to the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

This money will establish a scholarship for students of the Province of Vigo. It will cover the student’s full tuition fees for four years.

Hannum graduated from Rose Holman in 1981. He is the president and CEO of Garmong Construction Services at Terre Haute.
He and his wife say they want local students to make good use of Rose Holman in the future.
