Holland Scholarship: Opportunity for non-EEA international students to study in Netherlands.
In order to encourage international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to study at a Dutch research university or an institution of applied sciences, the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science has set up the Holland Scholarship.

Amount/duration of the scholarship:
The award is worth €5,000. The scholarship does not cover the entire cost of tuition. Once awarded, the grant has a one-year expiration date and can only be used once.
• Your nationality does not fall under the EEA’s purview
• You’re applying to a Dutch university for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You meet the institution’s specific requirements. These are available on the institution’s website.
• Until now, you’ve never attended a school in the Netherlands.
The academic year 2022-2023’s application period will open on November 1st, 2021.
To be considered for the Holland Scholarship, you must submit an application to a participating university directly. Either 1 February 2022 or 1 May 2022 is the application deadline. To make sure you’re on time, go to the website of the institution you want to apply to.
